How much does a video cost to produce?
It varies depending on several factors—length, complexity, number of filming days, crew size, location, and post-production requirements. A simple talking-head video might start from £2,000, while a multi-location brand film or product explainer with motion graphics could range from £5,000 to £15,000+.

How long does the whole video process take?
Most projects take 2 to 6 weeks from initial briefing to final delivery. That includes time for scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, and review rounds. If you're on a tight schedule, let us know—we can streamline the process and pull together a quick-turnaround team.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I contact you?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a broad goal—like “we need to show how this product works” or “we want to humanise our brand.” We help you shape that into a video strategy, pitch ideas, and guide you through the creative process.

Do you help with scripting, creative, and planning?
Yes! We’re not just here to point cameras. We help develop the concept, write scripts, storyboard the visuals, scout locations and talent, and manage logistics. Some clients give us a complete brief. Others just tell us the goal and let us run with it. We’re comfortable with both. You can get involved as much, or as little as you want.

Do you create 'how-to' or training videos?
OMG Yes. We work with businesses who need to demonstrate processes, software, physical products, or services in a clear and professional way. These are great for onboarding new staff, reducing support queries, and building trust with customers. We can film in your workplace, at a studio, or on location.

Do you offer vertical video for social platforms?
Absolutely. We shoot with platform-native formats in mind (9:16 for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) and can deliver multiple versions from the same footage. Whether it’s a main promo video or a series of snackable clips, we optimise our shots for where your audience lives online

Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We’re based in Surrey, but regularly travel across the UK and internationally. Whether you need us at a head office, factory floor, hotel, or hilltop, home or away, we’re used to adapting and travelling light.

Can I be involved in the editing process?
Definitely! We offer a collaborative review process where you can view rough cuts, provide feedback, and suggest tweaks. We’re happy to work with in-house marketing or comms teams to make sure every frame fits your brand.

Practical & Technical Questions

Can you work within our brand guidelines?
Yes. We take the time to understand your brand voice, fonts, colours, logo usage, and tone, so the finished piece feels like a seamless extension of your existing content. We have worked with big global brands for years, and have a meticulous eye for detail.

What happens if the weather is bad on a shoot day?
We always have a backup plan. If it’s weather-dependent, we’ll build in a contingency date or adjust the shot list to work around indoor spaces. We’re used to UK weather - it rarely stops us completely!

Do you provide captions, subtitles, or accessibility options?
Yes. We can include on-screen text, subtitles (in multiple languages if needed), transcripts, and SRT files if required. We believe accessibility should be part of the creative process, not an afterthought.

Can you edit content we've filmed in-house?
Absolutely. If you’ve shot content on your own but want a professional finish—titles, transitions, grading, sound, etc. we can step in and polish it up. This is especially useful for webinars, internal comms, or social videos.
