The Rivelia coffee machine was a major launch for the global coffee machine giant - Delonghi. We produced a large selection of how to video content for their Delonghi How to channel on Youtube. The content helps guide consumers who have already purchased the product how to make the most of all the features and benefits of their coffee machine.
Each of the different how to films must be very strictly controlled as part of their YouTube how-to channel guidelines. The challenge is often in ensuring we deliver the very highest quality but within very tight timescales as there is a lot of content to cover. They always produce great quality, useful video content that aligns with our existing marketing materials, so we know we can rely on them to deliver every time.

For us, that’s meant working closely with the De’Longhi team to make sure we really understand the brief they provide. It’s particularly important to get this right because of all the technology and features on the appliances. So by scoping out the brief and storyboard before we start, we can make sure we are focussing on the right button or highlighting the right area of the machine.
