Case study
3 days, 5 locations, 8 speakers + a stack of pre-prod = A seamless shoot & happy client!
Since 1962, City & Country has been creating remarkable places to live. From the careful restoration of iconic historic buildings to thoughtfully designed new homes, every detail is guided by our passion for craft, quality and character.
We believe a home should be more than bricks and mortar – it should be part of a community, rooted in its surroundings and built to stand the test of time.

City & Country didn't need another film about buildings. They'd been doing that for years. What they wanted was something that showed who they actually are — the people. Homeowners. Kids on bikes. Dogs on leads.
We've worked with C&C for over 10 years.
This one started with a pitch from us: make it about people, not architecture. They said yes.
Fran produced from brief to delivery. We spread the shoot days across three weeks on purpose — different light, different weather, one consistent look. Tight scheduling for ten speakers.
Clear briefs. No stiff talking heads.
Drones over the London sites. Homeowners in their actual homes. Kids playing, pets doing pet things. That's what sells a development, not a wide shot of a façade.
Post production brought new footage together with old. Because pre-prod was thorough, the seams don't show. We also delivered a fresh set of stills — headshots and lifestyle shots for their marketing.
Two outputs, one production.
