From The Hip Video are City & Country’s video production partner, providing a series of investor and promotional videos for their stunning property restorations
The Challenge
City & Country are a specialist listed-building renovator, restoring beautiful, empty, listed buildings into fabulous modern homes, nationwide. They needed a video production supplier to partner them, creating visually stunning videos to showcase the properties for a variety of audiences, including potential buyers, shareholders and investors.
The Solution
We visit the properties throughout various stages of completion, showcasing the amazing transformation taking place within. They often feature their ambassador and TV architect regular George Clarke, who brings his northern charm and personality to the films. We also combine aerial footage, steadi-cam footage for “walk & talks” and beautiful detail shots to create rich and engaging property showcases.
The Results
We are highly experienced in shooting piece-to-cameras, and specialise in high quality property filming. We are lucky enough to have travelled the world shooting prestigious properties, so combining the two with City & Country projects continues to be a great collaboration.
